Mission:
Reporting to the Group SysAdmin Manager

• Maintain pro-actively and fix our production platforms
• Upgrade and secure production environments
• Infrastructure evolution
• Take part of Level 3 support

• Containerisation: OCI Standard (Docker/Containerd)

Software engineer

Work location : Romania
You can work from everywhere in Romania, for example : Timisoara, Bucharest, Iaşi, Cluj-Napoca or Braşov

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer with very good knowledge of messaging to lead and participate in our support and development team in Romania. MailCleaner is among the top 10 key players in the antispam business market.

The candidate will have to know perfectly the messaging protocols as well as have very good Linux, Perl and Python skills. He will have to prove project manager and team manager skills.

Our product requires DevOps skills. You will develop new features based on the many software built into MailCleaner but also to diagnose problems that interfere with our product in the particular case of each customer.

Your role :
– Leading the support and development team in Romania
– Participate in the development of our products
– Provide support for our clients

Your profile :
– Computer Engineering degree or similar experience required.
– Minimum 3 years of experience in a comparable position.
– A perfect command of English, written and spoken and a very good command of French are required.
– You must have the taste of customer support, appreciate the satisfaction of helping and troubleshoot customers

Technical skills required:
– Very good knowledge of mail protocols and associates
– Perl, Bash, SQL, Python, PHP
– Exim, SpamAssassin, ClamAV, MailScanner
– MySQL, Git, Apache

Software Developer and Support

We are looking for experienced software developer with very good knowledge of messaging protocols to increase our support and development team for Europe. MailCleaner is among the top 10 key players in the antispam business market.

Candidates will have to master perfectly the mail protocols as well as have very good Linux skills and Perl.

Your role :
– Provide support for our clients.
– Participate in the development of our products
– Process our customer’s feedbacks (spam, ham, mailing, newsletters) to check the validity of emails reported and their classification in our databases to feed our Bayesian algorithms and our RBLs.

Your profile :
– Computer science diploma or sufficient experience.
– Minimum 2 years of experience in a comparable position.
– A perfect command of English, written and spoken is necessary, French or German would be a plus.
– You must have the taste of customer support, appreciate the satisfaction of helping and troubleshoot customers

Linux Software Developer

Work location : Switzerland

We are now looking for a Linux Perl Python PHP Software Developer

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development of our Software MailCleaner Anti spam.
• Install, configure, debug, support and develop new features for our products
• Manage customer’s installations
• contribute to new projects in telecommunication and IT security.
• Manage customer level 2/3 support (30%)

Technical Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Linux, (Debian)
• Strong knowledge of SMTP
• Good knowledge of one of these: Exim, Postfix, sendmail
• Good knowledge of DNS (Bind)
• Knowledge virtualization tools, (KVM, …)
• Strong knowledge of Apache, MySQL
• Strong knowledge of one of these languages: Perl, Python, shell

Skills:

• Teamwork and long-term investment in a small dynamic team
• Ability to deliver Senior presentations and reports to customers
• French and English
• Degree: Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent.

Account manager Asia

Work location : Asia

We are now looking for a Sales account manager for Asia

The candidate will have the responsibility to target resellers, integrators and ISPs in Asia. A good knowledge of the IT market and the B2B market is required. He will have the opportunity to build a large network for our products with large potential of growth.

Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for all sales activities in Asia
• Ensure business growth by finding and developing new project opportunities and new resellers, integrators or ISP’s.
• Report market tendencies and trends
• Report competitor’s presences, strengths and weaknesses
• Participate to trade, shows or events
• Working to strict targets and deadlines
• Updating customer database
• Producing monthly sales reports

Requirements:

• Degree level qualification, IT discipline an advantage
• 3-5 years previous experience in a similar role with demonstrable track record
• Ability to work in independent manner
• Related, industry or segment experience, an asset
• Software background. Security sector experience is a plus.
• Excellent telephone and communication skills
• Fluency in English
